Server Problems (NOT PORT-FORWARDING!)

Hello, my ports are forwarded and have been for quit a while now.

However, recently my server has been showing up as dead.

Upon going back to my Port forward page I have seen that my ports are still forwarded. I think my server might just be screwing up because of the bad internet i get during the summer, but this is the first time.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

If you don't have a static IP, your network IP probably changed.

Double Post: Yes it DID change, a one became a 0. Thank you, and I will check my IP address again if this happens in the future.
