Neon Genesis, very disturbing in some ways but very cool (giant robots!!!)
And then Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann was just awesome ( i dont think i spelled that right)

Dragonball by far. They were all great. Dragonball, Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT.
All three were made by the same guys unlike Pokemon, Digimon e.t.c. Japan made the first ones and than America and other badass lands decided to make more of them and made them totally stuff.
