To be done in a way that is actually decent, this should be done in the engine code which only Badspot has access to.

as in putting the code or whatever into an already existing playertype or making a new one? Like if we took the survivor playertype that would probably work since it has the best perspective for it but wither way i dont think its possible

I was imagining something like GoW 2, you know, it only shows the crosshair when aiming (zooming, in this case). Who knows, maybe its possible.

Nah, even with the camera angles modified, the zoom still goes way to the left in the RE4 survivor.
