How do you get pics that move?

You need your avatar file to be moving... The format for this is a .gif and you can either make one yourself or download one then make it your avatar (Google - cool .gifs - or something)

Man... look through this website http://www.gifs.net/gif/ first result when googling .gifs. From what I can see... not too bad.
