Restart your pc. But first look if not a second, closed, copy of the programm is running (ctrl + alt +del - prozess(sp?)) |

If it's not starting up, Go to your steam folder, example: C:\Program Files\Steam and Find ClientRegistry.blob, delete it and let steam create a new one, I had steam not working for me and when I did that, it worked. |
