Lawnmower mod

I was thinking if some one could make a lawnmower vehicle and a special grass brick that if a lawnmower goes over it the grass brick would dissepear for bout 15 minutes or less
Would it be possible?

you can do the grass with events as for the lawn mower that would be nice

And laggy. Seems as if the only way to do this is using models of grass.

Just basicly a plate like a 2x2f and when the lawnmower touches it(Get over it)it will dissepear
But other vehicles cant do that
