Windows Vista port forword

I cant get past step three on http://www.blockland.us/portforward/ i can find the network and dial-up connections. is it another name on vista? is there another way on vista? or is it impossible? please help

It doesn't matter about what program your computer runs on.
Only your router.

hey man ive been trying to port forward on vista as well and you have to go to network in the control pannel go to view network status and tasks then go to local area connection click tht and go to properties. Good luck port forwarding.
