ADMIN ONLY Weapons

I know of a good idea, don't download/enabled the mini-nuke! If weapons need to be admin only so only admins can use them, not to mention annoy the 'noobs' that you speak of, then they aren't very good weapons.

It would be like 5 lines of code. I'm pretty sure theres a function like armor::onMount or something that can check if they're admin. I'm certainly not going to put the effort into making this because it's completely useless.
