Dedicated Server

I need help making a dedicated server, is there any way to do it without two computers? I only have one...

Run the Dedicated.bat (starts server)
Then you need to QUERY LAN to be able to conect to it when you start up blockland.
Although you may assume it is a lan server, it honestly isnt :3.
