Why it tails' name italicized?

If you look down on the main page at the 'Users Online', tails' name is in italics.
It it because this user has racked up ~17500 posts? I am lost.

Hidden.
As in, if he will not appear to be online on the forums, and if you check his profile, it will say that his status is Hidden.
Anybody can do it.
