Minigame Glitch?

I was hosting a dm today and I noticed you could not see who died and it would not keep track of points as a result of this. The only reason for this I can think of is a messed up add-on but i haven't downloaded and add-on for about 3 weeks. What should i do to fix this?

then whichever you just enabled, might be greekbots or copymod or whatever
