How do you get rid of build rules i need help?

I hate when i start my server and i wanna make a TDM i have to have two baseplates touching which as you know the two bases for the TDM cant be next to each other!!!!

On the start server menu, click "Add-Ons" and scroll down to Script_TerrainBuildRules. Un-Check it.
