Wrench Keybind

Well, so does everyone think this would a highly an abuse-able/bad add-on to suggest?

Just base it off of if building is on. You can't use a wrench anyway if it is off.

What if you wanted to let people build, but not use wrench?

[-] Enable Painting
[ ] Enable Tools
Tools = /wand, /usewrench, /usehammer, /useprinter
If you pick up the items in the game then you can use them. (to prevent confusion over "my hammer doesn't work")
