can someone give me the link to the duplicator

I have been looking for the duplicator. But i cant find it i used search and still couldnt find it. Please help me i have even looked through the whole add on file on the forum but it isnt there. Can someone just give me a link to it thanks.

i searched 12 times on diffrent names for the duplicator and still i found only stuff like duplicator not working
