Ute problem.

I don't know if this goes here or in general, but why isn't the Ute allowed to work anymore?

There is a list of numbers and a few names in "base/server/crapOns_Cache.cs" that includes the ute somewhere, but I think it's one of the numbers.

I would like to know:
Why isn't the Ute allowed?
How I can keep the list there and take the Ute off?
