How do I put saves of my builds on forums?

I'm building an app for a clan and I want to put a save of it up. How do I use mediafire also?

When you go to post, see: Additional Options.
You can upload it there. As for mediafire, the huge-ass "Upload your Files" banner should be a hint of sorts.
