I can query the master server fine, If I were you then I would consult the help section.

i had this problem to tell the truth i screwed up myrtb folder just reinstal and patch rtb

Sorry to bump, but one solution would be to go into rtb/client and open init.cs in note pad. Look for these lines:
/ Game information used to query the master server
$Client::GameTypeQuery = "lego"; <----Make sure it says lego!
$Client::MissionTypeQuery = "Any";
A quick way to see if the master server is up is to visit this link: http://www.gnometech.com/cgi-bin/ggmslist.cgi?gt=lego&Submit=Search
Be patient as it takes a minute or two to query the servers.
