i wouldn't know how i haven't seen it all in a very very long time.
but i used ftp for mine, and i would have just cleared the crap off manually.
whatever tools you used on-site to select pages and guest book and junk, well... unselect em?
it would be hard to believe that you would get stuck with what you made forever.
