However, most people get their number stolen due to spyware on their own computer. |

I hardly ever use debit cards online so my bank knows that I only make online purchases after notifying them first. So even if it's stolen, they'll know if I'm the one doing it or not and I never get those handicapped calls asking if I've just recently purchased an alligator leash. |

ebay owns paypal, a great middleman for online shopping. they even recover up to 1000 dollars for you if haxed or ripped off. |
