server ping problem

ok when i start up blockland works fine but when i click join a game this happened
starts off all the servers have ??? for the ping 10 seconds later all the servers have the ping dead

idk whats going on but can someone help me

things i did
re dl blockland
try joining dead servers
all those things failed

i need help fast

It's probably some anti-virus software blocking you.

Yes he has tried.
There may be a firewall or some kind of anti-virus blocker thingy.
