Heres my first attempt
at making a goat-tee face..
Description
It didn't take very long
actually, all I did was duplicate
the smiley creepy eyebrows
and put them under his chin
(I also made the eyebrows bigger.)
All edited in Adobe Photoshop
CS4.

Installation
Put Face_Stub.zip into the Add-Ons folder in your Blockland folder.
