Apple Store Bullstuff.

I think they are innovative, but I went to the store, went to the Genius Bar, whoop-de-loving-doo, you need a reservation. I went to make one at the Concierge but it wouldn't accept any other date other than July 26, and I'll be out of town that day. Now I have to go to the website to make a reservation on the website, so I'm really pissed off.
