I like the City RPG mod, it's very fun to me. Not many servers host City RP mod's anymore (at least not the ones I see as I only look at servers with over 3 members and that of my friends). Many people are discouraged by the amount of work that you have to do in order to set them up (at least I am, I have both of the City RP's, personally I like Iban's, and I consider Iban a friend). It's fun in the right hands, you people just grab your pitchforks and torches when you hear of City RP. I don't really care as it's your opinion, I'm just sharing my own 0.o

and the fact you have to sit and play for 20 mins to get a job so you can afford the lucrative taxes on a lot, then play for another 45 minutes so you can afford said lot, then build a grey box amongst grey boxes because of theme and space constraint. i want to be able to pick up and build, not sell my soul to the computer for a 32x32 baseplate.

CityRP is actually fun if you are in the right server. On the original CityRP server, I remember playing with Antallion. I used to host a CityRP, too. Even during it's flame era, I hosted it. I hosted it because I enjoyed it. I did not ban people for jailing me. I got myself in there. I permanently banned an admin for kicking someone for jailing them. That ban still holds to this day. Its not a matter of the mod, but the people who use the mod.

People don't realize how fun a CityRP actually is. Even fools like this lighten up a few hours of hard work. All you really need to enjoy a CityRP is a good host, Steam and a microphone.
