How could a loving worm crawl from your stomach to your brain? There's no way for that, unless it climbed your spinal chord, which is virtually impossible, and I'm not sure you can even get there from the stomach. Plus, that's WAY too small. A worm would come out of your eyelid and crawl over your eye. Yuck.
