Build Plan: Universe Class Enterprise NC805F

I plan to make this a build of epic proportions, but I need help to build it. This will be practially impossible but I plan on making this ship the size of Manhattan.

I am good at large builds, and my internet pwns, so during the early stages before the lag is greater than any connection I can be there. I suppoes it will be a EW hull and everything and then details added on? A few details of how this is going down/a blueprint would help...
