Where can i get hats?

Like do you download them like faces and decals?
If so,where?
All i need is a hat because i downloaded lots of faces and decals for my character  :cookieMonster:

There are close to no hats. And even if you did Download them, you'd have to be on a server that uses them to put them on, or alternatively host your own server.

There aren't too many custom hats, And i certainly wouldn't use them due to  / commands
