This is what the campus is causing, more inactive members, and lack of computers. Where's the MHC Comp? That's why we need to use our lazy asses to finish it.

Well, I'm working on a computer much like the Snailux that does basic functions, but it's being designed with developers in mind. It will be a computer that anyone can develop for; the programs use no named bricks, so anyone can make something for it.

I'll post it once I finish.

That was fast.

It's a Bedroom save, and a work in progress.

I didn't make this to just make another giant event computer, I made it to open more doors for collaborate event builds (yknow, the thing Spock keeps pestering various clans about). So don't download this thinking you're getting some giant computer with 75,843,903,243,252 named bricks and a huge screen; it wasn't made for that.

If you don't know how to use it or what its' purpose is, don't say it sucks. If you do, feel free :)

Now that Hunter is gone, BiT is very unstable it seems. Strat needs a co-leader and I think it will be Gen. Nick since Strat gave him leadership while away. I don't know where I stand in BiT right now. I feel unneeded and unimportant in BiT, which possibly may just be the lack of clan builds, but I still feel unimportant and am on the verge of leaving. I will stick around a little longer, in case BiT is reborn or something. Well, that's where I stand on my thoughts. :/ (This isn't some "Im leaving so feel bad for me" speech, I'm just stating my problems and thoughts and I'm sure others have or do feel the same way.)

Let me clarify: the comp shell is finished. The programs, design, etc. will be designed by BiT members (or whoever else wants to help make them).

Ok, here's what I hope to put together (eventually); an easy to use (tower like) computer with one named brick that runs multiple programs. The programs are separate and un-named bricks, and will be very simplistic (but capable of doing more junk that the Blockbook).
I'll also mess around with a screen API that's toggled by the program initialization. How the screen is displayed will be determined by the running program. Maybe I'll give the screen some functions too, but it's hard to do with no named bricks |:/

So, if by some miracle I can pull all of this off, the finished product will have two named bricks, multiple functions, and made in a way that anyone can develop for it. I won't make any promises now (that's very Microsoft-like no? ), put I just wanted the clan to know I'm working on it.

Edit: The Snailver's design is near limitless. Here's two I've come up with :)
