Glitched Blocks?

I'm having the same problem right now, I tried flushtexturecache(); in the console myself.
Doesn't work.

bump, also texturecacheflush does not work, why? I think after i updated the video card it caused the textures to glitch up.

I would recommend shutting down your computer, or you could wait, I had this problem it went away once I waited long enough.
