Derailing a topic does have a purpose, as when the topic is extraordinarily stupid or controversial.  Sadly, that is applicable to pretty much every topic in the drama section.

Drama topics mean nothing, are pointless, and are only here so Badspot can dumb the stuff he finds in other sections that he doesn't want there.

People come here to bitch and moan, derailment is another factor.

If you find those who are handicapped enough to MAKE a topic in drama, then you find those who are handicapped enough to take it and make it about something even worse.

No one realizes this, because so far, most people here find this Drama section to be a serious place, while few others come to read and laugh at these topics.
