What screen recorder do you guys use?

I've tried Game Cam, fraps,  and camstudio and all are laggy and low quality. This is seriously pissing me off.
Any pointers?

Ok, I figured out the slow part, but the quality is still terrible...

i use fraps and record at the exact quality of my screen.
i record at full size, 50fps
