Hey, just a thought, could sprays be possible? It would sort of integrate the simple well hat mod and the spray can. After an amount of time, people get certain sprays, and they can pull out their TF2 spray can and paint them anywhere. It is probably impossible, but I don't know...

No, just no. What I mean is, can it be done through a slash command? Like you view what prints you have, then type that in, then you are equipped with the spray can so you can spray it anywhere.
