my friend wont load on my server

I can host servers now but my friend joins it and cant load any add-ons instead he crashes
what should i do?
I did default add-ons to

2.Didnt port fowarded right
Got to do this
Make one called Blockland1
Base Port:28000
Port range:28000-28030
TCP

Make Another called Blockland2
Base Port:28000
Port range:28000-28030
UDP
Dres.Passworded
