If you want a website with .com or .net o anything else it cost money
if you want to make a website for free there is extentionsto the URL such as .webs.
There are limitations to making a site with a free program.
I offten use Freewebs.com

Get a "spam email". Use it to sign up for things that you're unsure whether they'll send you crap or not.
Making a free website always has a catch, like with freewebs; your site is "www.usernamehere.webs.com". If you want your own domain name, you'll have to fork over some dough.

Sorry, friend, but every webhost requires an email. And if you use a spam email like the above said, people could find your credentials in it and possibly get into your account.
