Tank and cannon glich i geuss

I got all the mechs and the cannon only thing is that they dont spawn i tried deleting them and re-dl at least five times they still wont work. Then i got the M1 abrams but it will spawn just without the turret, same with the tank. Can someone help me??

and same with the military jeep the gun on it wont spawn plz help me. If you help and fix it i will give admin on my servers
