Decal Size

This is just a test Decal but how do I make this 64x64 become a 256x256

You'd have a much better time resizing the larger one into the smaller one, because making it bigger will screw up the quality.

To resize pictures, I suggest you get Paint.NET, click the Image tab, and go to Resize.
