So I bought 2 games from Gamestop a few days ago, Bioshock, and Soul Cailbur 4. I bought Soul Calibur 4 new, however, there was no plastic around the case. She just put a disk into the case and handed it to me. She then told me that if I didn't like the games, I could return them within 7 days. It's been 2. I walked into Gamestop today, and lo' and behold, they don't want to take Soul Cailbur 4 back because I can't return new games "Becuase I don't like them". What do I do? |

It's a breach of their terms of service. Threaten to take them to small claims court. Or that you're reporting them to the Better Business Beauro. |
