Health emitter.
Regulith:
Basically, just a red/green (or choice of either) cross emitter.
If one already exists, please tell me where to find it, I was unsuccessful in finding one.

Why dont you use the one in the TF2 Medgun? The one that appears when you shoot it.

No. I mean you can set a brick emitter to "Health" or whatever it would be called, and the brick emits little red or green crosses in a random pattern.
