1. Go to a file hosting website.
2. upload your file.
3. get the link for your file.
4. make a thread in the add-ons section.
5. ???
6. profit!/grab your flame handicapant suit.

Simply archive it and make it a .zip
Then go to medifire or RTB and upload it there,
Copy and paste the link,
Make a Topic and have so pictures of your addon,
post the link.
