Yeah exactly.
Im pretty sure that the swiss army company didn't make those for killing.
Therefore, they aren't a weapon.

yes i know. its a knife, but i dont even think it can peirce skin, so technicaly, thats not a weapon. unless you use the corkscrew or something handicapped
