What are some good programs to make face decals and body decals and how to use the program as i have no clue :( |

Use something like Paint.NET. Download it, then make your canvas size 256 x 256 pixels. Select the entire thing using Ctrl + A or a the Magic Wand tool, and press delete. Draw your decal/face, then read the tutorials in the Decal board. |

As Sarky and Reg have said, do not use MSpaint and download Paint.net. This is mostly because MSpaint can't do transparency, so even if you make the background of the decal/face white, people will not be able to color it. |
