I'm thinking of buying a new computer.

Just go to newegg, and get these things: Case, motherboard, power supply, CPU, CPU cooler, RAM, hard drive, graphics card, maybe sound card. Post them here, and we can tell you about the compatibility and such.

It's quite easy, actually. You may also want a cd drive, and a memory card reader.

You could probably salvage the disc drive and maybe the hard drive though.
