Well sure Ephi has better things to do aside from releasing an incomplete version of something on the date he designated, but what else does he have to do? It's not like he's releasing the full version of RTB 3.0. Do you even know what to open a .cs file with? I myself prefer to use either Visual Studio (Incredibly enough, it can recognize Torque script), or Torque Dev, depending on whether I editing or writing.
I would advise that you learn just a little bit more about a topic before bitching about it. Ephi has a lot to do, that's the necessary information at hand. It's you who seems to ignorant to see Ephilates is working, and no doubt hard I'd think.

Oh and about Ephi having work to do, RTB3b3 isn't even out yet, and hasn't been explained why it's not to the beta testers.
We've pretty well figured out almost every bug in RTB3b2, and have been waiting for about 5 or 6 days.

Notepad was the correct answer sir. Notepad does not distinguish between the functions and lines. Both VB and TD use color coding and shortcuts to assist in scripting, and VB can also recognize what you are doing and provide shortcuts in function and strings, even entire lines. It can also print out entire scripts, but not with Torque script unfortunately.
