lines not straight, not symetrical, and not trans. I could help you with that though, Use paint.net, it auto anti-aliases your lines which is good. Also the magic wand tool selects all of a certain color, and if you press delete the part deleted is transparent. For straightness, hold down shift while making the lines. For symetry, use A. The Grid, or B. The Ruler... or both.
