Medic emote

What might be nice is an option that makes the emote pop up after a certain amount of health has been lost. I'd rather that than have to make 'another' keybind.

More like D:!. I finished the code I thought would work, but it doesn't. I'll still do it but it might take longer than I thought
It's more like a :/, I figured out how to do it, once I finish doing what I'm doing I'll finish it.

I made one before with a red cross and a guy screaming "Medic!", but i never figured out how to do it in-game...the sounds and emitters worked fine but I couldnt figure out how to play the emote ._.
