I'm having some trouble with my XP. This morning, when I logged in, it opened some atanic warmaster song on youtube. I logged out, and logged in again to see if it wasn't my brother and sister being forgets. It opened again and my computer froze so I had to unplug it. On restarting, it gave me the safe mode menu. I tryed each of the 3 safe mode choices before trying to start in the last known good configuration and then starting normally. On each, it restarted the computer. So, as far as I know, I can't run system restore. |

Try a spyware and virus scan. For spyware, I recommend a program called spybot search and destroy. You can use any virus scanner, but I recommend panda or kaspersky. |

If no luck Try booting it in safe mode Try calling your computer's manufacterer or Microsoft Try geeksquad or a computer repair service. That's all I got. |
