Need computer help

Okay, then you get get into safe mode.

I've gotten a copy of System Mechanic, but I can't get that to start
either. I can't get it to open BIOS so I can set it to boot from the
CD drive. What I've been doing to attempt accessing BIOS is using F2,
escape, and delete (not all together, just each of them separately to
try getting in).
Is there something I'm doing wrong or am missing? Would love some
help. Thanks!!

The problem sounds similar to what I have but I have no idea how to fix it..

They charge $200 Just to look at whats wrong, probably another 1000 to fix it.
