You are wrong. Most clans are in fact, noobish. I know lots of people who don't code, are not in clans, but are good builders, and they are not noobs. I even know some who aren't good builders, but they are not noobs.
Server population has nothing to do with being a noob. I've seen servers stuffed with only noobs, and servers with only 1 person but that person was not a noob.

Please learn what a noob is first, before you go making charts.

And yes, your flowchart is crap.
