The error ecuars when I put the password for the router site and then it would bring up a page that states in qouts "An error has happend while trying to conect to "whatever that number was"".

YOU DONT PAY,its just a program that dose it FOR YOU,scroll down find your router clock it aqnd it will give you directions!
