How do you start a clan?

How do you start a clan? I tried but no person joined.

You don't.
Or rather, you probably shouldn't. Do not start a clan unless you're going to be completely serious about it. Do not make a clan about another game, gangsters, or other stupid things. Make sure you have a member list, history, what you do, how to join, etc. If you REALLY think you can pull off a clan, then go ahead and make a topic. Look at all of the clans in Clan Discussion that haven't been flamed mercilessly to get ideas on what a clan topic should have.

I just looked at Clan Discussion and saw you already made a topic.
It was terrible.
The reason should be obvious why nobody joined. Compare your topic with the Craftsmen topic. See how their topic is full of things, and you had about 5 lines?
