And the fact that the game wasn't made for the graphics, but for the experiance the soilders will be getting without being indanger.

It's equivalent to china using counterstrike to train their swat.

It could happen. Remember, people put in dangerous positions would want as much experiance as they can get. By applying the knowledge they've learned to a game made specifically to test that knowledge can help re-enforce routies and help with real situations by practicing on similar ones. Also, games can also provide "chat" situations with strangers that real life can't.
